Maintenance Division
Superair services caters to all routine maintenance, repairs, and rebuilds of aircraft for customers and insurance claims.
Our team comprises several LAME’s and AME’s. Superair provides a range of maintenance services from RAAUS right up to pressurised Beechcraft Kingair and Cessna Conquest. We also maintain a large fleet of Turbine agricultural aircraft. Our priority is our customers and keeping your aircraft in an excellent condition with a cost-effective service outcome. We have been in business for 60 years in general aviation. We currently hold both CAR30 and Part 145 certifications.
Our approvals also allow us to provide off-site work.
Turbine Maintenance
Superair currently maintains several turbo prop aircraft. These include not only our own Cresco’s, but also the Cessna Conquest and Beechcraft Super King Air.
We cater for both the Pratt and Whitney PT6A series engine and Garrett TPE Turbine engine. All necessary tooling, manuals and staff are available in house.
PT6A Hot Section Inspections are carried out in our workshop.
Computer Trend Monitoring of the PT6A is available to clients.
Superair currently maintains several PT6 engines on the “MORE” life extension program.

Our engine shop is currently on pause since the passing of Wayne in 2023.
Wayne Memphis, had over 40 years experience with engine and component maintenance, having worked in Papua New Guinea and Sydney for Rex Aviation and Hawker Pacific and from managing an engine overhaul facility in Quirindi, NSW. Wayne also a licensed engineer, prides himself on doing the overhaul personally, thus ensuring the utmost in quality control.
The knowledge and experience that Wayne has gained over the years has made him invaluable to the General Aviation fraternity, being called upon by fellow engineers and CASA to troubleshoot and diagnose defects around Australia.
